Make it kind and consensual
Celebrate someone who has agreed to be featured publicly. Bookings and featured people must be adults. Obtain permission for every photo, message and social link. Friendly jokes must not turn into humiliation, targeted abuse or unwanted exposure.
Content we do not accept
No threats, hate, harassment, sexual or exploitative content, illegal activity, scams, impersonation or content involving children. Do not include private addresses, identity documents, financial information, health details or other sensitive data. Do not use copyrighted photos or other work without permission.
Review and reporting
We review messages, photos and links separately from payment. We may reject or remove content that breaks these rules or infringes someone’s rights. Report concerns using the card’s report link. A report is reviewed by a person; it does not automatically remove content or refund a booking.
Removal requests
If you are featured without permission or own material used without permission, report the card and explain your connection to it. Include the card link and enough detail to investigate. Do not send sensitive identity documents in the public form. We will request any necessary verification privately.
