The service
Birthday Wish provides one birthday billboard booking per India calendar date (Asia/Kolkata), plus a permanent card link. A saved draft is not a booking. An unpaid date hold normally lasts 15 minutes. Submit a successful UPI payment reference before the hold expires; an expired hold cannot be reclaimed by paying late.
Payment, review and publication
The amount and payee shown at checkout apply to your booking. Payment is manual UPI. A submitted transaction reference does not prove payment. The operator separately verifies funds received and reviews the card. Only a submitted card with verified payment, approved content and its confirmed reservation is scheduled. It becomes public on the booked date and its link remains available afterward unless removed.
Your responsibilities
You must be at least 18 to book. Submit only content about adults who have agreed to its public use, including photos and social links. You must own the content or have permission from the people and rights holders involved. Follow the content guidelines. Do not impersonate someone or publish sensitive personal information.
Changes, cancellation and support
Contact us with your booking reference for changes, cancellations, disputes or account/data requests. There is no self-service edit after submission. Approval, removal and refund decisions are separate. A rejected card or removed post does not itself process a bank refund. See the refund policy.
Availability and your rights
We aim to provide the booked experience but outages or safety concerns may interrupt it. Contact us if we fail to deliver. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law. Terms apply as displayed when you submit your booking; material changes apply to future bookings.
