Who handles your data
The operator and contact details are listed below. Use the contact form for access, correction, deletion or consent-withdrawal requests. We may need to verify your connection to a booking before sharing or changing its data.
What we collect and why
We collect recipient/sender names, birthday date, message, photos and optional social links to create the card; your email and optional phone to support the booking; payment references and review records to verify manual payments; and contact/report details to investigate requests. We record your consent and administrative decisions. Anti-abuse counters use a keyed hash of an address, rather than storing the raw address in the application counter table. Hosting/security logs may still contain IP addresses.
What becomes public
Approved, paid, confirmed cards become public from their booked India date onward: recipient and sender names, message, birthday date, photos and any submitted social links. Card links can be copied and indexed or cached by other services. Contact email, phone, payment references, support messages and owner access keys are not included in public card responses.
Storage and service providers
Supabase stores booking records, private photo objects and admin authentication data. The hosting provider serves the site. If confirmation email delivery is enabled, Resend receives the booking email address and the confirmation content, including the recipient name, date and card link. No confirmation email is sent while delivery is disabled. These providers may process data in their configured regions.
Browser storage
The composer saves drafts, resized photos and the private booking access key in IndexedDB in your browser. Clearing site storage removes your local recovery information. The admin login uses authentication cookies. We do not add advertising trackers or marketing subscriptions.
Retention, removal and requests
Public card links are intended to remain available after the birthday unless removed. Booking/payment/audit records may be retained for support, accounting, disputes and legal obligations. Support messages are retained for handling and documenting requests. Ask us to remove a card or delete personal data; we will explain any records that must be retained. Removal blocks future requests on our service but cannot recall emails or copies already downloaded or cached elsewhere. Do not upload sensitive documents or content about children.
